COVID-19 Policy and Procedure

For the safety of our community, our guests and for our team:
If you have been travelling in the last 14 days, have a fever or are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible
At this time, services will be offered by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call, or message us on Facebook, to schedule an appointment.
-Scheduling times and capacity are very limited; please be on time! We cannot welcome you into the salon if you are early or LATE.
-Please do not bring any extra people or pets to your appointment; our limited capacity only allows for you and your stylist during your appointment time.
-Please limit your personal items as much as possible.
-we cannot offer storage, any personal items (clothing, purse, PHONE OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES, etc) must be kept out of sight, under your cape to limit touch points within the salon.

-wait outside of the salon or in your vehicle.
-your stylist will come to get you and you’ll both enter the salon through the back door.
-NEW** Trends staff may require you to provide a temperature check at the door using our infrared thermometer.
-Your stylist will provide you with a NEW, non-medical face mask, to be worn, covering your nose and mouth, for the duration of your time in the salon.
-WE ask that you sanitize your hands and please limit the amount of surfaces or products that you touch, whenever possible.
- We ask that you, please, maintain social/physical distance, wherever possible.
When your sevice is complete..
-please be prepared to pay using Debit or Credit if possible.
-please exit through the front door of the salon.
Please also note that, at this time,
we will not be offering:
-coffee, tea or water
There are changes to our service prices that reflect these new standards and time constraints. Please inquire with your stylist or our Salon Manager.
Your stylist, and the entire team at Trends, is committed to following all the policies and protocols put forth by WorkSafeBC.
these include but are not limited to:
-a plexiglass barrier at point of sale/ front desk.
-reduced workstations to ensure contact barriers and/or social distance.
-Daily cleaning and disinfection of salon environment.
-sanitization of tools and surfaces with every use.
-all staff will wear a non-medical mask, over his or her nose and mouth.
-all staff will maintain social/physical distance wherever possible.
If you would like to purchase haircare product or Gift Certificates ONLY (without an appointment),
please contact the Salon to pay over the phone and arrange a curb side pick-up.
Products are available for purchase on trendsdesignteam.com/shop. Free curbside pick-up is available as well as local delivery and shipping rates.
